Loneliness Allowance

All of us must be very familiar with house rent allowance and dearness allowance, but not many of us would have received loneliness allowance. What is loneliness allowance in the first place? For example, a person may be asked to man a lighthouse near a deserted sea. He may be the only person sitting in the light house the whole day and his whole career. Man is a social animal and hence working alone is considered as a deprivation and so a "loneliness allowance" is granted! Interesting, isn't it?

What are other situations when loneliness allowance can be granted?

- Living in a guest house surrounded on all four sides by frozen lakes with just penguins for conversations
- Being the only Chinese girl in a U.S village with fear of attack with bow and arrows by neighborhood Senaca tribes
-  Working alone in a large room on high-level software inside a rocking(literally) metals factory with only  manual laborers for intellectual company
- And maybe for any leader who is lonely at the Top!
