Content and Process in NLP...

Content - gossip, empathy, random rantings, chit-chat, elaborate plans, word of mouth. Typically, the conversation will have nouns, adjectives, and verbs. Content mostly is about past or is theory.

Process - execution, doing, delivering results, forging ahead, catalyst. The conversation here will consist more of verbs! Process is future focused.In a home, party, or an informal get-together content is king. But, in a business setting the focus is on process and outcomes. However, process without content even in a business setting leads to a dry scenario. For making positive deposits upon which you can build relationships and later discipline, you need to establish rapport with plenty of content!!!
