I had a chit-chat with my industrious cousin of late. He was telling me about the interesting employee categories and how they go about identifying and freezing them....
Hypo - Long timers who will never leave the organization. They get benefits in-terms of training, overseas travel, quick promotions etc... Suppose a spinster says she is not interested in marriage she is immediately moved from say "critical" to "hypo"
Critical - Creative and innovative resources who always bubble with enthusiasm and ideas. They are rewarded with good salary hikes and other awards. Really critical to handle star egos right!!
Achievers -Given a job they complete it to the -T-. Usually, married women fall under this category.
Non -performers -They warm the benches till they are sent out at the next appraisal...
Hmmm... are there too many references and examples to the women folk. We know the "male -chauvinism" out there right :-)
Now try to slot yourself and know why employers treat you the way they are treating you now...
